The owner of the Pool Shop came around, spent an hour explaining how pools work, chemicals required, maintenance, cleaning etc. He's often given us useful advice over the phone and will drop off chemicals + an invoice at our front door when we need more supplies. In general, we've found him helpful. We decided on a new pool cover which his son fitted and was equally prompt and helpful.
